When you walk into Good Shepherd-Fairview Home, you feel welcomed
by the comfortable and well kept surroundings. The Home is a
multi-level retirement community with just over 200 residents. It is
located in a garden-like setting in a residential neighborhood on the
east side of Binghamton, a small city midway between Syracuse, New
York and Scranton, Pennsylvania.
The Home’s continuing care options include independent apartments,
an adult care facility and a skilled nursing facility. For more than
130 years, Good Shepherd-Fairview has offered housing and healthcare
services to older adults. It is committed to its heritage of caring,
emphasizing each person’s wellness and independence.
The people at Good Shepherd-Fairview Home have a strong sense of
community. The unique relationships among our residents, staff and
