Adult Care Facility
The Adult Care Facility at Good Shepherd Fairview Home at Binghamton offers 24-hour on-site supervision for seniors who are medically stable but may need some assistance and supervision. The Adult Care Facility provides assistance with personal care. Services also include medication supervision, laundry, housekeeping, three meals a day, transportation and case management. There is a kitchenette in the core area of the floor. It is stocked with snacks and drinks, and these are available 24 hours a day.
As
a resident in the Adult Care Facility, you will enjoy the privacy of your
own private room and bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower. Residents
may choose to bring their own furniture or rooms can be furnished by the
Home.

Using a person-centered care approach, residents’ needs are identified and written into care plans that are overseen by the case manager. Consultation with a professional nurse and dietician are also available.
